We help overseas buyers source, collect, photo-check, consolidate and ship supplier samples from Hubei and Central China. We also assess suitable overseas samples entering China for buyer review or display.

These answers explain the service boundary. China Sample Desk is a sample coordination desk, not a laboratory, customs broker, freight-only reseller or bulk order inspection company.
Are you a freight forwarder?
No. Shipping is part of the workflow, but the core service is sample coordination: supplier follow-up, receiving, photos, basic visible checks, consolidation and status updates.
Can you find suppliers for us?
Yes, for selected categories. Sample Sourcing usually includes a small supplier shortlist, initial sample fee and lead time check, sample follow-up and consolidation after samples arrive.
What kind of inspection is included?
Basic photo inspection covers visible checks such as item type, quantity, packaging, logo position or obvious defects when agreed in advance. It is not lab testing, certification verification or full quality control.
When do we pay?
The service fee is paid before work starts. Sample cost, domestic courier cost and international shipping cost are quoted or settled separately.
Can you handle urgent event deadlines?
Yes, if the timeline is realistic. Rush handling may require an additional fee. We confirm supplier lead time, sample arrival time and courier options before accepting urgent work.
Do all samples ship through Huahu Airport?
No. Huahu is an important local cargo gateway near our Ezhou desk, but we choose the route based on destination, cargo type, courier availability, price and deadline. Some shipments may use Shenzhen, Hong Kong or another path.
Can overseas samples enter China through your desk?
Suitable samples may be assessed for China buyer review, distributor meetings, display or market testing. Product category, value, intended use, documents and customs route must be checked before acceptance.
What products require extra review?
Food, cosmetics, medical products, medicines, supplements, chemicals, liquids, powders, batteries, animal or plant materials, high-value branded goods and regulated items need extra review and may be rejected.
Do you guarantee customs clearance?
No. We can coordinate with logistics or customs service providers where available, but customs clearance, bonded treatment, tax outcome and regulatory acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
